Homer Garage Condos is a family-owned and operated development created to meet a need we know firsthand: a place for Alaskans to securely store the boats, RVs, and toys that define our way of life.

Living in Alaska means owning equipment built for adventure - but until now, there’s been a shortage of quality, long-term storage options that keep those investments safe from the elements and close to home. Many owners are forced to haul their boats and vehicles up the road each season just to find a place to keep them. We’re changing that.
